AT&T is going to kick you off their network if you use data roaming, (which racks up your bill by quite a lot on its own), and the tethering, on the data roaming. Thats going to get you kicked off, and possibly put you in debt. Don’t turn it on.

Tethering is when you are at a place without aan internet connection and you want to use your laptop, so you connect your phone wirelessly (bluetooth) to your laptop and use your phone’s service to acess the internet

yes you can use your iphone to get internet where ever theres coverage, am tethering right now since the modem is down.

i havnt updated iphone, its ben.m update problem from iphone, at&t may have blocked it. dont worry there should be a hack soon. (update version soon)
