Depending on what you do. Apple is good for flash and graphic design etc.. Microsoft and all others are for gaming and office jobs!

This MacWorld probably featured the most badly kept secrets of all time. Many people knew what would be announced.

You should use a mac and then rethink your comment. The next version of Mac OS X will also have many speed enhancements, putting the speed difference between Windows and mac OS X behind us.

    20. airjaff says:

macs are not better… You people have been contaminated by Apple’s superior marketing

    23. minisnake666 says:

haha he already new what it was going to be. he already guessed most of the things that are coming out from the mac before he had seen them! did someone say insider information?

    24. d06omtas says:

It’s not really the effort. It’s the prospect of running antivirus software checking every file on your computer in the background that isn’t a very nice one. I’m writing this from Boot Camp (I play games once in a while), and I’m currently not running any antivirus software, mainly I feel that I really don’t need any, but for many average users an antivirus would be needed, slowing their computer down. Norton and Mcafee suites come to mind…

    25. Cruciatum says:

I think they’re less virus prone. But I mean, how much effort is it to get a decent anti-virus software?

Plus, I love my gaming, and hate the way Macs desktop works/looks… Probably because I’ve been born into a Windows world :P

However, I’ve finally been converted to iPods, just because of the Touch. It’s brilliant, only let down is iTunes.
