Gamers with somewhat of a life (like myself =D) get these kinda notebooks because they are not that heavy unless you are really weak, and they are great for lan parties!
And on top of that, it can run some of the worst optimized games, like gta iv, gta 4, grand theft auto IV, need I go on?

I actually do have a backup its 2 x 500 gb and it never fails me. Also it can create partitions that u cant create a recovery. ahahhaah. I bet u dint even know that because u saying Its 2.66 ghz because its quad core. Also I could upgrade to windows vista ultimate if I want to i just choose not to.

its good as a desktop computer. so no because this notebook has quad where macs only has dual at the moment. tho this notebook is gay cuz its so heavy. and who needs that much power on the go. Also my desktop beats that shit of a notebook with less than half of the price. i think that would be about 2000+ at least. Because of all the high end components. My comp cost me only 1000 dollars and here are the specs.

false because no matter how much ram you have the game goes to the pagefile to run itself
an example of that is vista, it uses 500MB of pagefile even if you have 4 GIGS of ram,
another example of that is battlefield 2, it needs and uses 1.5 GIGS of pagefile wether you have 512MB or 4 gigs of ram! Ram is a data capacitor and, its no different than a buffer or cache! check out buffer and cache, on wiki.
