Depends what you use. Adobe Premiere runs pretty ok (thats what I use) sometimes its better then others.

Does this laptop have any of the following problems? and how bad are they?

Microsoft Works comes on a CD to install. I used Mcafee until the trial was over then installed AVG
how about microsoft works?Do you use Mcafee antivirus because some people say it’s good others say it is really bad.
actually there wasn’t that much stuff. Dell Media Direct (like windows media centre but not as good) webcam cenral program for webcam, mcafee virus software trial, thats all i can remember.

6 cell is barely about 2
9 cell is about 7 hours
no handle on this laptop. plus i was talking about upgrading it when you buy it so it’s shipped to you from dell like that.
Dude, while you did mention you CAN change the processor, all upgrades have a different sock so they will not fit into the motherboard, so in other words, its too expensive and not worth upgrading the processor.
DONT EVER OPEN THE LAPTOP AT ONE SIDE, OPEN IT IN THE MIDDLE ON THE HANDLE! you will damage and bend the hinges, it also flexes the screen… guess the rest
Sony is probably made in China too, you know. FYI, Sony is based near or around China… Dell is an American company.
