      I’m pretty sure it depends on the motherboard. My MSI K9A2 CF-F had the setting i never had to adjust before installing Vista.

      I did that once; wasn’t my computer it was a buddies of mine. It turned out I didn’t have the power button plugged into the motherboard, I completely and totally forgot.
